State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-31
This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
The Categories Concerned
The categories that apply here are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or network activity (pages viewed on plannedathome.com, referring pages, timestamps), and, only where you have provided it, contact information such as an email address. Sources are your own device and any analytics or advertising partner in use.
Your Rights
Available to you: confirmation of what we hold and access to it; correction of anything wrong; deletion; a portable copy; and opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states add a right to appeal a refusal. Exercising these rights never results in different pricing or reduced access — that would be unlawful discrimination.
Sharing for Advertising
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
Requesting Action
The address for requests is hello@plannedathome.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
